Schedule
The RC Baja project had a schedule planned out using the Gantt chart. The Gantt chart displays all the individual tasks and the timeline of the project's overall scope. There are categories for every part of the project, and each category breaks down the individual task that is required to complete the whole category. By the end of the fall quarter (Dec 8), 12 analysis and the design must be completed. Following the Gantt chart of each part and analysis ensures a flow of progress. The Gantt chart serves as a guide to optimize and increase the efficiency of this project.

The testing phase was completed during spring quarter. No conflict occurred during the quarter, all testing was completed on time.

Budget
The budget for the RC Baja project follows the standard budgeting system as any other normal project. The purchased parts like the motor, ESC, battery, hub assembly, wheels, and any hardware are accounted for in the budget. Anything that required purchasing to complete the project will be accounted for. The manufacturing of any design component will be accounted for as the raw material. The labor hour was expected to be $40/hour. It won't be considered in the initial budget. The budget for the whole project is $1000 USD, all funded by the engineers, Sam Wang and Skyler Gordon. Through the whole project, the whole cost stayed below the budget set out.
